Fly By Night Recovery will not sell, rent, share, lease, or give away any of the information you provide us with. We do not believe our customer's private information is a commodity to be bought and sold, traded, or given away.

We will only use your private information to communicate with you, the customer, about recovering the data from your hard drive or to fulfill a request from the customer such as shipping your hard drive back to you. This policy will not change and if it does you will be notified. You do not need to continually check back to see if our Privacy Policy has changed and we are now selling your private information.

We make our money the hard way. We work for it. We don't profit by selling your private information.
