User Agreement

I will not hold Fly By Night Recovery, its representatives, employees, or owners liable for any damages or data loss resulting from scanning my hard drive to recover lost data. I understand that additional, and irreversible, damage could be done to my hard drive if it has been physically damaged in any way and is scanned to recover my lost data. Irreversible damage could also occur if the hard drive heads have failed and are dragging on the hard drive platters.

I also attest that my hard drive, or the computer it was in, has not been exposed to any liquid or damaged physically. Physical damage includes being dropped or struck in any way. Striking the computer includes slamming the screen down to close a laptop. I will also not hold FBN Recovery its representatives, employees, or owners liable for any losses due to fire, theft, acts of Nature, God, or any other conditions.
